From Local Service Center to National Platform
Our journey began on 28th September 2016, when founder Abhishek Gupta started a small service center, Gupta Computers, in Rampura, District Neemuch (Madhya Pradesh).
Initially, we offered digital services through MPOnline and CSC (Common Service Centre), helping citizens with essential documentation and online processes. Over time, our dedication and customer trust helped us expand beyond a local setup into a multi-service digital platform. Today, Nayasetu stands as a growing brand focused on delivering digital, documentation, and logistics services across India.

Our Journey & Achievements
Started as Gupta Computers in Rampura, District Neemuch (M.P.), with a vision to do something bigger and the determination to turn big dreams into reality. In the early days, the focus was on providing basic digital services and citizen support. This humble beginning laid the foundation that eventually grew into Nayasetu—a trusted digital service platform.
In 2019, we expanded further by introducing a Hitachi White Label ATM to make banking services more convenient for the community. Alongside, we also started Stamp Vendor services, offering all stamp-related solutions under one roof. With people’s growing trust, Nayasetu kept moving forward, making services more accessible, transparent, and dependable.
In 2020, Nayasetu took a significant step forward by starting a DTDC Courier Franchise. This decision not only gave a new direction to the business but also provided customers with fast and reliable courier services. With hard work, honesty, and consistent efforts, the DTDC courier business was gradually strengthened, earning the trust of people. This helped us deliver faster, smarter services.
Nayasetu achieved a remarkable milestone by being honored with the First Prize in the O2 Category by DTDC.The prestigious award ceremony was held at the Galla Event on 02 May 2025 in Bengaluru, where the recognition was proudly presented by the CMD and CEO. This award symbolizes Nayasetu’s growing trust, innovation towards delivering excellence across India.
Launched Nayasetu.in as a complete citizen service platform. From Gupta Computers to Gupta Tech Hub, and now in 2026 to Nayasetu — our journey continues with a new generation, a new vision, and a new mission, building stronger digital bridges for every citizen of India. We aim to connect every household with reliable services, government schemes.
