All refunds are subject to applicable banking, payment gateway, and settlement timelines.

           This policy applies to all services and orders placed through NayaSetu, including:

  • Digital services
  • Government-related applications
  • Document processing
  • Physical document delivery (if applicable)
  1. Cancellation by Customer
  • Orders can be cancelled only before processing begins
  • Once processing has started, cancellation is not allowed

NayaSetu reserves the right to cancel any order in cases such as:

  • Suspected fraud or misuse
  • Incomplete or unverifiable documents
  • Technical or regulatory limitations

  • Payment deducted but service not initiated
  • Verified error from our side

❌ Not Eligible for Refund

  • Order already processed
  • Change of mind after service request
  • Government fees or third-party charges already paid
  • Incorrect information provided by user

  • In some cases, refund may be provided via alternative method after verification

  • Return requests must be approved in advance

  • Return shipping cost may be borne by the customer (unless error from our side)

  • Customers should contact NayaSetu support before initiating chargebacks
  • Unjustified chargebacks may be contested with proof of service

  • Payment gateway charges may be deducted
  • Government or statutory fees are non-refundable once paid
