Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and returns are processed on the NayaSetu platform.

All refunds are subject to applicable banking, payment gateway, and settlement timelines.

  1. Scope

           This policy applies to all services and orders placed through NayaSetu, including:

  • Digital services
  • Government-related applications
  • Document processing
  • Physical document delivery (if applicable)
  1. Cancellation by Customer
  • Orders can be cancelled only before processing begins
  • Once processing has started, cancellation is not allowed
  1. Cancellation by NayaSetu

NayaSetu reserves the right to cancel any order in cases such as:

  • Suspected fraud or misuse
  • Incomplete or unverifiable documents
  • Technical or regulatory limitations

👉 In such cases, full refund will be initiated (if processing not started)

  1. Refund Eligibility

✅ Eligible for Refund

  • Order cancelled by NayaSetu before processing
  • Payment deducted but service not initiated
  • Verified error from our side

❌ Not Eligible for Refund

  • Order already processed
  • Change of mind after service request
  • Government fees or third-party charges already paid
  • Incorrect information provided by user

To request a refund:

  • Transaction details
  • Reason for refund
  1. Refund Timeline
  • Internal processing: 3–7 working days
  • Bank/Payment settlement: 3–14 working days

👉 Total time may vary depending on bank and payment method

  1. Mode of Refund
  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method
  • In some cases, refund may be provided via alternative method after verification
  1. Shipping & Returns (Physical Documents)
  • Return requests must be approved in advance
  • Items should be returned in proper condition
  • Return shipping cost may be borne by the customer (unless error from our side)
  1. Chargebacks & Disputes
  • Customers should contact NayaSetu support before initiating chargebacks
  • Unjustified chargebacks may be contested with proof of service
  1. Fees & Deductions
  • Payment gateway charges may be deducted
  • Government or statutory fees are non-refundable once paid
  1. Limitation

          Refunds are subject to verification and approval.
          NayaSetu reserves the right to accept or reject refund requests based on policy terms.
