  1. Introduction

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using NayaSetu. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

  1. Eligibility

You are eligible to use our services only if you:

  • Are a resident of India
  • Are at least 18 years of age
  • Use services in Indian Rupees (INR) only
  • Use a compatible internet-enabled device

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if eligibility criteria are not met.

  1. Nature of Services

NayaSetu is a digital service facilitation platform that provides assistance for:

  • Government-related services (PAN, Aadhaar, Ayushman, etc.)
  • Online applications and documentation
  • Financial and digital services

Important:
NayaSetu does not issue any government document directly. All services are processed through authorized portals.

  1. User Responsibilities

By using NayaSetu, you agree:

  • To provide accurate and complete information
  • Not to misuse the platform for illegal activities
  • To maintain confidentiality of your login credentials
  • To ensure documents submitted are genuine

Any misuse may lead to suspension or legal action.

  1. Data & Confidentiality
  • NayaSetu may collect user data only for service processing
  • We do not misuse or sell personal data
  • Users are responsible for sharing correct information
  1. Aadhaar & e-KYC Authentication

For certain services, users may be required to complete:

  • Aadhaar-based authentication
  • e-KYC verification

By using such services, you consent to authentication as per government guidelines.

  1. Payments & Charges
  • Service charges will be clearly communicated before processing
  • Payments are to be made via approved methods
  • NayaSetu reserves the right to revise pricing anytime
  1. Refund Policy
  • Refunds are applicable only in case of failed or unsuccessful transactions
  • If payment is deducted but service is not delivered within reasonable time, user may request refund

Refund Process:

User must provide:

  • Transaction ID
  • Amount
  • Date of transaction

Refunds will be processed:

  • To original payment method or
  • NayaSetu wallet (if applicable)

Processing time: 5–7 working days

  1. Fraud & Misuse

Any attempt to:

  • Provide false documents
  • Perform fraudulent transactions
  • Misuse platform services

Will result in:
❌ Immediate account suspension
❌ Legal action as per Indian law

  1. Third-Party Services

NayaSetu may use third-party platforms (government portals, banks, APIs).
We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party systems.

  1. Service Availability
  • Services depend on external systems and government portals
  • Delays may occur due to technical or server issues
  • NayaSetu is not liable for such delays
  1. Limitation of Liability

NayaSetu shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential loss
  • Errors due to incorrect information provided by user
  • Delays caused by third-party systems
  1. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts if:

  • Terms are violated
  • Fraudulent activity is detected
  • Misuse of services is found
  1. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms will be posted on the website.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Madhya Pradesh
